Steiner Leisure Limited (NASDAQ:STNR) recently announced that its luxury resort spa division, Mandara Spa, has entered into a ten-year agreement to operate a deluxe spa facility at the Ayodya Resort Bali, Bali, Indonesia. The resort is located in the heart of Nusa Dua, a premier resort community in the South of Bali, with a stunning location overlooking the Indian Ocean.  Steiner Leisure will invest $700,000 to create the new spa, which is anticipated to open by the end of November 2008.
