The Palm Springs City Council will celebrate the $70 million transformation of the iconic Riviera Resort & Spa during a special 10 a.m. ribbon-cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Oct. 21. A tour of the property will follow.
The 24-acre resort located at 1600 N. Indian Canyon Drive, in the heart of downtown, is considered one of the most significant mid-century modern landmarks in Palm Springs. The ultra-chic renovation includes guest rooms and an array of meeting and event space as well as signature dining and entertainment, Hollywood Regency style d√©cor and the 11,000 square foot luxury SpaTerre ñ featuring 18 treatment rooms, a full service hair and nail salon, relaxation lounge and fitness center.
