Kenny Yu, a Chinese businessman, asked Chiva-Som International Academy's director three questions before deciding whether to take the school's aromatherapy course.
"Can I start taking the aromatherapy class now?"
"Is it easy to pass the exam?"
"And, is it possible to miss the first three or four days of the course?"
All the answers were "No."
